Funky Chunky Furniture’s shelves, mantels and furniture are made from sustainably sourced wood. Our wood comes from forests that are maintained following a globally recognised gold-standard of sustainability. Forests that are so well-managed that they help to fight deforestation and protect wildlife habitats for the species that call them home.
Solid Rustic Timber
To make these rustic TV stands we select top quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each TV stand is cut to size and finished in our signature rustic style. This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Natures own stamp of approval.
In this style you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, bows and twists, along with sanding marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every TV stand will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind. Placing your item close to a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features, particularly twists and bows.

No Assembly Needed
These rustic TV stands are delivered fully assembled, on a roadside pallet delivery. We recommend that two strong people are available to move the TV stands into your home.

Daily care of your Funky Chunky Furniture piece is really simple. Watch our 30second video to find out more.
Your furniture will come with felt protectors, please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place.
As this is a natural wood product with a wax finish any applied force, and friction, can cause the wax to transfer onto surfaces.
If wax transfer does occur we may be able to recommend products to help remove or reduce the appearance of the transfer.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any such incidents, or the use of any products we may suggest. Get in touch with our customer services team for advice.
Future Maintenance with Wax Care Packs
We have wax care packs available to keep your furniture and shelves looking their best. They are a great to use every few months to make your piece look brand new all the time.

Turnaround & Delivery
As these solid wood TV stands are handmade we do require some time for manufacturing. This will normally take 4-6 weeks. They will then be dispatched with a pallet delivery company. The courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date so please ensure to leave a contact number with your order. For queries about the pallet delivery service, please contact us
