Your furniture will come with felt protectors, please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place.
As this is a natural wood product with a wax finish any applied force, and friction, can cause the wax to transfer onto surfaces.
If wax transfer does occur we may be able to recommend products to help remove or reduce the appearance of the transfer.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any such incidents, or the use of any products we may suggest. Get in touch with our customer services team for advice.
Future Maintenance With Wax Care Packs
We have wax care packs available to keep your furniture and shelves looking their best. They are great to use every few months to make your piece look brand new all the time.

Turnaround & Delivery
As these solid wood modern tv stands are handmade and made-to-order we do require some time for manufacturing. This will normally take 4 to 6 weeks. They will then be dispatched and will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days to UK mainland. (More remote UK areas and Northern Ireland could see an extra 1-2 days for delivery). It is important to open your delivery as soon as it is received so that this can be checked over, and so that the wood can breathe.
Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
